Dr. David Robertson graduated in Medicine from the University of Glasgow, UK, in 1977 and underwent specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Glasgow and London.
From 1986 to 1989, Dr. David underwent his initial training in IVF under the direction of the original Bourn Hall team.
From 1989 until 2003, David ran his own successful Fertility Clinic in the UK, before moving to Qatar as Head of IVF at Hamad Hospital, Doha.
He joined Bourn Hall Fertility Clinic in early 2011, and was closely involved in the development of our flagship centre in Dubai. Dr. David provides the medical and technical lead for the clinics in Dubai and India and works to ensure that the highest technical standards, as well as an empathetic and individualized approach, in keeping with the Bourn Hall name, are maintained across the group.
Dr. David is a native English speaker.

Dr. Shazia Magray completed her MD from University of Kashmir (India) in 2008. In 2013, she was awarded a membership of Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) from London.
She trained in Assisted Reproductive Technology (A.R.T.) from the prestigious Cleveland Clinic (USA) and University of Kiel (Germany). During her training in USA and Germany she learnt about all aspects of human reproduction, counselling, work up (evaluation) and treatment of infertile couples. She worked as a specialist in Latifa hospital (Dubai) from 2011 to 2015.
She joined Bourn Hall Fertility Clinic in 2016 after completing her Clinical Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine by University of South Alabama (USA) under Professor Botros Rizk in 2015.
Her other skills include management of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, management of recurrent pregnancy loss, PCOS and early pregnancy assessment. She is passionate about helping people to have healthier and happier families.

Dr. Diana Kayal obtained her MD (Honours) in 1991 from the University of Medicine Tunis-Tunisia. She undertook her Postgraduate Education at Free University of Brussels, Belgium and was Certified as a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (with high distinction) in 1996. Dr Diana also holds specialist certification in Obstetric and Gynaecological Ultrasound and in IVF from Belgium.
Following her postgraduate training in Belgium, Dr Diana took several leading positions; her latest before joining Bourn Hall Fertility Clinic was as Director of the Banoon ART and Cytogenetic Centre, and Senior Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Bahrain Defence Force Hospital. She also held the role of Senior Lecturer in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland – Medical University of Bahrain.
She joined Bourn Hall Fertility Clinic in 2012, when it first opened, and has played a pivotal role in implementing the high standards of clinical care that have contributed to the excellent success rates achieved.
Dr. Diana is a Lebanese national, and a native Arabic speaker. She is also fluent in English, French and Italian.

Dr. Mohamed Elkhouly is a European board-certified Urologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of urologic diseases, prostate ailments, andrology and male infertility, and specializes in advanced minimally invasive treatments for prostate enlargement, including laser vaporization of prostate and microscopic varicocelectomy and laparoscopic surgeries of urology.
Born and raised in Alexandria, Egypt – Dr. Elkhouly attended University of Alexandria and earned his MBBCh degree in 1994. He completed his Postgraduate Training in Urology at the Mansoura Urology and Nephrology Center between 1996 and 1998 which is known as a top Urology Center globally. In 2002, he received his Master Degree in Urology from the prestigious Cairo University and, perusing a more challenging career in Urology, Dr. Elkhouly travelled to Malaysia where he concluded an advanced robotic and laparoscopic training program in the eminent Hospital ‘Sultanah Aminah’ (600 bed capacity).
Internationally, Dr. Elkhouly obtained his Fellowship of the European Board of Urology (FEBU) in 2006 and that was followed by the Clinical Endourologic fellowship from Heidelberg University in Germany in 2008.
Relocating the Gulf region, He worked as a Urology Consultant at specialized Urology & Andrology facility in the Middle East – Elaj Group between 2006 and 2009. Moving on to Zulekha Hospital in Dubai, Dr. Elkhouly was the key Urology Surgeon there until 2014. He was also the Head of Urology Department at the prestigious Saudi German Hospital –Dubai in 2015.
Dr. Elkhouly is a member of several well-reputed and internationally-recognized associations; most notable of which are the American Urological Association (AUA), the European Association of Urologic Surgery (EAU), and the Emirati Association of Urology.
Dr. Elkhouly’s clinical interests include all male & female urological issues, such as kidney & ureteric stones whatever the size or site of stones, recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs), urinary strictures, erectile dysfunction, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), male infertility issues, as well as early detection and management of genitourinary malignancies. He is passionate about treating urological problems with medical, minimally-invasive, as well as surgical management.
