According to your specific condition and requirements, our Healthcare Team Manager will provide you from 2 to 5 quotations from different destinations to choose from.

Which country are you based in?
Our office is located in the heart of Middle East: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. That being said, our services are global and open to anyone in the world.
Will you help me in deciding which treatment is the best for me?
Since we are not doctors we cannot suggest you which treatment you should go for. What we can do is to provide you information of the different facilities that treat your condition around the world. We can also arrange a consultation with a doctor, whom you can ask which treatment is suitable for you.
What kind of services do you provide to smoothen my medical travel?
After receiving your service requirements, we review if the facility of your choice provides it. If not, then we will arrange the services you require for you. You can visit our Services Page for more details.
Do I need to send my medical documents to you?
Yes, for us to accurately select the perfect facility for you to treat your condition, we will need your latest and previous medical records.
I don't know what's written in my medical reports. Can you help me understand them?
Yes, if you can’t make sense of your medical reports, you can send them to us and we will analyze them and tell you exactly what it means.

Can I compare between facilities?
Yes, you can compare between different facilities based on their destinations, doctors, treatment costs and the additional facilities they provide.
How will you choose the best facility for me?
When we receive your query, we assign your case to a Case Manager who reviews your case requirements and compares it with the different facilities based on multiple factors, such as location, cost, doctors and provide you the best match.
How did you choose the facilities that you have included in your website?
We chose the facilities based on the highest standards, certifications and awards. So you can expect the same high quality service in all the facilities that we have listed.
If all of them are of highest standards, then how come the costs differ?
The main reason for different price range is mainly the different labour & operating cost of the countries where the facilities are situated. The different visa costs are another factor why different facilities prices are different, but rest assured that all the facilities we have listed provide the same high quality service.
Payment & Refunds
Are your services free?
We won’t charge you anything until you have found the perfect facility and treatment for your condition. You can find a lot of information on the website to help you decide where you should go and what treatment you should get. But if you need more information and need to talk to us to help you decide, we will charge you a small one-time engagement fee of USD50.
What is your payment structure?
Once you have selected and confirmed which facility and treatment you are going for, you will need to make a 10% down-payment. After you have reached your destination and received your treatment you have to make the remaining payment. In some cases, if the facility you choose requires some advance payment, that needs to be paid after your confirmation as well.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are flexible about payment methods. We accept payment through PayPal, Credit Cards and Bank Transfers.
What currencies do you accept?
Currently, we only accept payments in USD, EUR and AED. We might include more currencies in the future.
What happens if I want to cancel my booking? Do I get a refund?
Refund policies are different for different facilities, so we will review it case by case. But our general rule is, after confirmation: If you cancel your booking 14 days before the treatment, you will get 50% refund If you cancel your booking within 14 days, you will get 25% refund. There will not be any kind of refund if you decide to cancel within 7 days before your treatment date.
Do you have any hidden costs?
We are very transparent with our fees and do not have any kind of hidden costs. We will notify you of any kind of fee that we charge you. That means, if you require a service that the facility of your choice doesn’t offer, we will arrange it for you and charge a fee for it.
